Five years, four countries, one way of seeing.

I photograph places that are quiet in a way that is hard to describe until you are standing in them. Iceland for its raw, otherworldly silence. Scotland for its centuries of weight. Portugal for its golden hour warmth. The UK because it is home, and home always has something left to say.

I work with Sony Alpha and Leica systems, and with natural light wherever possible, because the best light is the one that is already there. Very little happens to these images afterwards. If the light was not there on the day, it does not get added later.

Every print is produced to order on museum-grade archival materials, with pigment inks rated beyond 100 years. They are made to be lived with, not filed away.
